A HUGE congratulations to Bruno!

We have worked with Bruno since early 2019 and help learn to drive around ASD and Anxiety disorders. OT sessions and specialized driving instructor lessons have helped him gain the confidence to take on traffic.

His determination, commitment, and perseverance have paid off.

I also need to do a shout-out to his driving instructor, Martin.

I cannot express how massive this is.

Bruno, you’re a superstar! ?

How good is our team?

Heather has gone out of her way on her day off to re-sit her Learner test under the new system. She is doing it to first hand find out what it is like for our clients with learning difficulties and ASD.

Heather, you are amazing.

(Gee, I hope she passed)

Driving with Extreme Light Sensitivity

Seizures, unexplained road rage and erratic driving behaviour.

That’s what driving was like for this lady with extreme light sensitivity. Bright flashing lights, glare, and repetitive shadows from trees would trigger all kinds of erratic driving responses and extreme danger.

These red tint and polarised lenses have dialled down the colours she sees. As she said,

“it helps me control my super power”

And now she drives without issue.

Amazing result.

A special shout out to the RSB for assisting

It takes a village…

Look at how many people are involved in assessing to see if a folding wheelchair can be lifted into the back of the car.

At Williams OT we pride ourself in quality and service to make sure the right product is prescribed and installed for a client. We work our backside off to get the best outcomes we can

Wheelchair access side car. Awesome.
