Assisting people with disabilities with their mobility needs.

April has come and go – time sure does fly when you’re having fun. We celebrated the month with colourful Easter happenings, and also we had lots of long weekends to spend quality time with the family and friends.

We have loads of exciting things to look forward to in the coming month. But before that, check out some of our highlights for the month of April.

Brad, CEO of Williams OT, was providing a training session for our OTs and introducing them to our brand new assistive technology in our assessment and training vehicle.

The new device is a head operated indicator option for clients that can’t activate indicators or wipers with their fingers. How cool is that? ?

Check it out and hit us up with a message if you think this could help you or someone you know. You may reach us through admin@williamsot.com or www.williamsot.com

We’ve also visited the northern territory this month – in Darwin to be exact, and helped a couple of clients with their driving and independence. Check out some of our photos from our visit.

This was our first visit (and we loved it) but we hope to be back many times over. We have already had a bunch of interest and planning a new trip soon. If you have a client or you need some assistance with achieving the freedom that comes from driving, get in contact now.

We have a guest blogger for this month and that is none other than, Dr Claire Hutchinson, Research Fellow, UniSA.
Dr Hutchinson is an Adjunct Research Fellow in the School of Commerce.

She, along with her colleagues, have produced one of the most useful studies in recent times for those driving with physical MNdisabilities.
